2.1 Order Fulfilment and Sales Contracts When you place an order in our online store, we process your personal data such as your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and data required for invoicing. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party. We retain data for 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the transaction took place, as required by tax and accounting regulations.
